Welcome to Zuno V Chat. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zuno V Chat. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. In some regions, a higher minimum age may apply under local law.

2. Account & Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information (name, gender, country) and keep it up to date
• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

3. Random Calls, Private Calls & Text Chat

Zuno V Chat connects you with random users for voice and text chat, and lets you send friend requests so that both users can connect again in private. You are responsible for your conduct during all interactions.

• We may temporarily or permanently restrict access to the app for users who violate these Terms or our policies.
• We may review reported interactions, messages, and profile photos to investigate abuse or violations.
• We do not guarantee that you will be matched with any particular user or that calls/messages will always be available.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, threaten, bully, or stalk other users
• Share or request sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal in your country
• Use the app for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the app or our servers

5. Intellectual Property

Zuno V Chat and its content (including logos, design, and code) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app except as allowed by law.

6. Advertising

Our app may display ads from third parties (e.g., Google AdMob). These ads are subject to the advertisers' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.

7. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, our policies, or where required by law or platform rules (such as Google Play policies). You may stop using the app at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with such laws.
