Zuno V Chat ("we", "our", or "the app") is a random voice & text chat application that also lets you connect with friends for private calls. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services. By using Zuno V Chat, you agree to this policy.

Account & Profile Data: When you use our app, we collect:

• Device ID (to identify your device for services)
• Name (display name for voice calls)
• Gender (for matching preferences)
• Country code (for matching and analytics)
• Optional profile photo (reviewed by our team before it is visible to others)

This data is stored on our servers to provide random and private calls, text chat, and safety features such as reporting and blocking.

• To match you with other users for random voice and text chat
• To manage friend requests and private calls between users who both accept
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms (for example via user reports and content moderation)

3. Third-Party Services

Our app uses third-party services that may collect data:

Advertising (AdMob, AppLovin, StartApp): We show ads to support the app. These services may collect, in line with their own policies:

• Advertising ID
• IP address (for approximate location)
• App interactions (launches, taps, ad views)
• Device information and diagnostic data

Voice & Real‑Time Communication (Agora): Voice calls are powered by Agora.io. Agora may process audio and connection data to deliver calls. Audio from random and private calls is transmitted in real time but we do not record or store call audio on our own servers. See Agora Privacy Policy.

4. User Content, Reports & Safety

Users can communicate through voice calls, text chat, profile names, and profile photos ("User Content"). You are responsible for the content you share.

• We allow users to report other users and specific interactions for abuse, spam, nudity, hate speech, or other violations of our Terms.
• We may automatically or manually restrict or block accounts that receive multiple valid reports.
• We may review reported User Content (including profile photos and text messages) to investigate violations and keep the community safe.
• Blocked users can submit an appeal, which our team manually reviews.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for safety, fraud‑prevention, and legal compliance. You may contact us to request deletion of your account and associated personal data; we may retain certain limited information where required by law or for legitimate safety reasons (for example, records of serious abuse reports).

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
